It can be left tapped during your untap step and can pay {1}{W}, {T} to untap another nonland permanent and phase it out while The Pandorica remains tapped. That phased-out permanent can’t phase in until The Pandorica untaps or leaves the battlefield, and the ability is sorcery-speed.
