The Pandorica (WHO-25) is a Legendary Artifact from the Doctor Who expansion with a white color identity. It can tap for {1}{W} and {T} to untap another nonland permanent and make it phase out while preventing it from phasing in while The Pandorica remains tapped, with that permanent phasing in when The Pandorica untaps or leaves the battlefield. It also allows you to choose not to untap it during your untap step, enabling repeated control over the timing of the phased permanent.
