The Moment (WHO-459 foil) is a Legendary Artifact from the Doctor Who set. It accumulates time counters each upkeep and can tap to untap and phase out a creature you control until The Moment leaves the battlefield. Its final activated ability can destroy each nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of time counters and then sacrifices itself, functioning as a delayed board wipe at sorcery speed.
