The Master, Mesmerist (WHO 428) is a legendary creature — Time Lord Rogue from the Doctor Who set printed as a foil rare. It can tap to give an opponent's creature skulk if that creature's power is less than or equal to The Master's power and also goads it, creating offensive pressure and removal-through-combat synergies. Whenever a skulk creature you caused deals combat damage to an opponent, The Master gets a +1/+1 counter and you draw a card, fueling both growth and card advantage.
