The Master, Mesmerist (WHO 1019 foil) is a legendary creature Time Lord Rogue from the Doctor Who expansion. Tapping it gives an opponent's creature with power less than or equal to The Master's power skulk and goads it, creating combat manipulation and attack redirection. Whenever a skulking creature deals combat damage to an opponent you get a +1/+1 counter on The Master and draw a card, letting it grow and generate card advantage.
