The Master, Formed Anew (WHO 143 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Rogue from the Doctor Who expansion. It can exile a creature you control when cast to put a takeover counter on it and may enter the battlefield as a copy of a creature card in exile with such a counter. As a low-cost two-color creature with copy/enter effects, it supports deception and blink-style combo or value strategies in decks that use blue and black.
