The Fugitive Doctor (WHO 735, foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who set printed as a foil rare. When it enters the battlefield it investigates to create a Clue, and it has an attack-triggered ability letting you sacrifice a Clue to grant flashback {2}{R}{G} to a target instant or sorcery in your graveyard until end of turn. Its role in decks is as a midrange value creature that generates card advantage and enables graveyard recursion for spells.
