The Fugitive Doctor (WHO-541) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who set, printed as a rare. When it enters the battlefield it investigates to create a Clue, and it has an attack-trigger ability that lets you sacrifice a Clue to grant flashback {2}{R}{G} to a target instant or sorcery in your graveyard until end of turn. It functions as a midrange value engine by generating card advantage through Clue tokens and enabling one-shot reuse of spells from the graveyard for tempo or reach.
