The Eighth Doctor (WHO 729, Foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor from the Doctor Who set. When it enters the battlefield it mills three cards and once each turn lets you play a historic land or cast a historic permanent from your graveyard, exiling it if it would leave the battlefield. It functions as a midrange value engine that recovers historic permanents and provides graveyard recursion while also adding card advantage via milling.
