Sycorax Commander (WHO 766, Rare) is a black-red Creature — Alien Soldier from the Doctor Who expansion. It has first strike and haste and an enter-the-battlefield 'Sanctified Rules of Combat' villainous choice that forces each opponent to either discard their hand then draw one fewer card or take damage equal to their hand size. Its 4/2 body and haste make it immediately threatening in combat while the triggered choice taxes opponents' hands or converts hand size into direct damage.
