Sycorax Commander (WHO 445 foil) is a black-red Creature — Alien Soldier from the Doctor Who expansion. It has first strike and haste and imposes a villainous choice on each opponent when it enters, forcing them to either discard their hand then draw one fewer card or take damage equal to their hand size. As a 4/2 for four mana with aggressive keywords, it slots into midrange or aggressive decks that want a disruptive ETB and immediate combat impact.
