Susan Foreman (WHO 400, Foil) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord from the Doctor Who set printed in green. It can tap for G and replaces planeswalking by letting you scry the top two cards of your planar deck, putting one on top and one on bottom before planeswalking. It also has the Doctor's companion ability allowing you to have two commanders if paired with an appropriate Time Lord Doctor, enabling unique Commander construction and interactions.
