Susan Foreman (WHO-110) is a Legendary Creature — Time Lord from the Doctor Who set printed as a rare. Her first ability replaces a planeswalk event by letting you manipulate the top two cards of your planar deck and then planeswalk, and she can tap to add G. She has the Doctor's companion mechanic allowing you to have two commanders when paired with a qualifying Time Lord Doctor.
