Snuff Out (WHO-813 foil) is an uncommon instant from the Doctor Who set that destroys a nonblack creature and prevents regeneration. Its alternate casting cost lets you pay 4 life instead of the mana cost if you control a Swamp, enabling a free or cheaper kill in mono-black or swamp-based decks. As a foil variant it’s the same functional card but with foil treatment for collectors and players who prefer shiny cards.
