Temporal Foresight triggers when it enters the battlefield to reveal cards until you find a nonland with mana value 3 or greater, exile that card with three time counters and give it suspend if it doesn't have it, then put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. It provides delayed access to higher-cost spells by suspending them for later casting.
