Ryan Sinclair (WHO 981 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Human from the Doctor Who set printed as a foil rare. Whenever Ryan attacks you exile cards from your library until you exile a nonland card and may cast that spell without paying its mana cost if its mana value is less than or equal to Ryan's power. It also has the Doctor's companion ability allowing you to have two commanders when paired appropriately, which affects deck-building and Commander play.
