Ryan Sinclair (WHO-94) is a Legendary Creature — Human from the Doctor Who expansion. Whenever he attacks you exile cards until you find a nonland and may cast that card for free if its mana value is less than or equal to his power. He also has Doctor's companion, allowing him to be used as one of two commanders when paired with a qualifying Time Lord Doctor.
