Ryan Sinclair (WHO-390 foil) is a legendary Human creature from the Doctor Who expansion. Whenever he attacks you exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card and may cast that spell for free if its mana value is less than or equal to Ryan’s power. He has the Doctor’s companion ability, which permits you to have two commanders when paired with a qualifying Time Lord Doctor, changing deck-building and commander options.
