Rotating Fireplace (WHO-461, Rare) is an artifact from the Doctor Who expansion that enters the battlefield tapped with a time counter on it. It can be tapped to add colorless mana equal to its time counters, and for four mana plus tap you can 'time travel' to add or remove time counters on your suspended cards and permanents with time counters. The card supports tempo and resource manipulation by scaling mana production with counters and enabling broad counter adjustments across your board and suspended cards.
