River of Tears (WHO 297, Rare) is a land from the Doctor Who expansion that can produce blue mana by default. If you played a land earlier that turn, tapping it produces black instead, giving a conditional color swap useful in two-color decks. Its timing interaction means it checks whether a land was played this turn, not whether a land was merely put onto the battlefield by other means.
