Psychic Paper (WHO 786, Foil) is an Artifact — Equipment from the Doctor Who expansion. When it becomes attached you choose a creature name and type, and the equipped creature gains ward {1}, can't be blocked, and assumes the chosen name and creature type. It equips for {2}, enabling recurring use on different creatures to grant unblockability and protection while changing their declared identity.
