Peri Brown (WHO-344 foil) is a legendary Human creature from the Doctor Who set that carries the new Doctor's companion keyword allowing you to have two commanders if paired correctly. It grants convoke to the first historic spell you cast each turn, letting your creatures help pay that spell's cost. As a white four-mana 2/3 legendary, it has obvious Commander and multiplayer utility around historic decks and creature-based ramp or synergies.
