Out of Time (WHO 800, Rare) is a white enchantment from the Doctor Who set. When it enters, it untaps all creatures and phases those creatures out until Out of Time leaves, and it gains time counters equal to the creatures phased out. It also has Vanishing, which removes a time counter each upkeep and sacrifices the enchantment when the last is removed, creating timing interactions with phased permanents.
