Out of Time (WHO-467 foil) is a white Enchantment from the Doctor Who set. When it enters, it untaps all creatures and phases them out until it leaves, and it receives a time counter for each creature phased out; it also has Vanishing, removing a time counter each upkeep and sacrificing itself when the last is removed. The phasing interaction can temporarily remove creatures from the game state, which can protect them or halt their effects until the enchantment leaves.
