Out of Time (WHO-467) is a white enchantment from the Doctor Who set that enters the battlefield and phases out all creatures after untapping them. Its enter-the-battlefield trigger grants one time counter for each creature phased out and the enchantment has Vanishing, removing one time counter each upkeep and being sacrificed when the last is removed. Creatures phased out by this effect are treated as though they don't exist while phased out and will remain phased out until the enchantment leaves the battlefield.
