Into the Time Vortex (WHO-88) is a red sorcery from the Doctor Who expansion. It has Cascade, exiling cards until you reveal a nonland card with lesser mana value that you may cast without paying its cost. It also has Rebound, allowing you to exile it as it resolves and cast it again at the beginning of your next upkeep without paying its mana cost.
