Impending Flux (WHO 87, Foil) is a red sorcery from the Doctor Who expansion that uses the Paradox keyword and also has Foretell. Its Paradox effect deals X damage to each opponent and each creature they control, where X equals 1 plus the number of spells you've cast from anywhere other than your hand this turn. The Foretell ability lets you exile it for {2} and later cast it for {1}{R}{R}, and casting it from exile counts toward the Paradox total.
