Ian Chesterton (WHO 341) is a Legendary Creature — Human Scientist from the Doctor Who expansion. He gives Saga spells replicate equal to their mana cost and has Doctor's companion, allowing you to have two commanders if paired with a Time Lord Doctor. In a deckbuilding context he enables white-inclusive dual-commander strategies and supports Saga-heavy builds by copying those enchantment spells.
