Ian Chesterton (WHO-341 foil) is a Legendary Creature — Human Scientist from the Doctor Who set. He gives Saga spells replicate, letting you copy Sagas by paying their mana cost an additional time. He also has Doctor's companion, allowing him to be used as one of two commanders alongside a qualifying Time Lord Doctor.
