Ian Chesterton (WHO-22) is a Legendary Creature — Human Scientist from the Doctor Who expansion. Its Science Teacher ability grants replicate to Saga spells, creating copies of those Saga spells for each time their replicate cost is paid. It also has Doctor's companion, allowing it to serve alongside a Time Lord Doctor as a second commander.
