Gallifrey Stands is a Legendary Enchantment (foil variant) from the Doctor Who set that costs {4}{W}{U}. When it enters the battlefield it returns all Doctor cards from your graveyard to your hand, and at each upkeep you may put a Doctor creature card from your hand onto the battlefield with a triggered alternate win condition if you control thirteen or more Doctors. The card supports reanimating and cheating Doctor creature cards into play and can serve as a long-term combo finish in decks built around that creature type.
