Ensnared by the Mara (WHO-975 foil) is a rare red sorcery from the Doctor Who expansion. Each opponent faces a villainous choice to either exile cards until a nonland card is found—allowing you to cast that card for free—or exile the top four cards of their library and take damage equal to the total mana value of those exiled cards. The card forces individual choices in turn order and can produce both card advantage for you or direct damage to opponents depending on their decisions.
