Ensnared by the Mara (WHO-84 foil) is a rare red sorcery from the Doctor Who expansion. When cast, each opponent chooses to exile cards from their library until a nonland card is exiled — which you may then cast for free — or exile the top four cards and take damage equal to their total mana value. The card forces a disruptive decision that can either give you free threats or deal damage to opponents depending on their choice.
