Creeping Tar Pit (WHO-486 foil) is a Land from the Doctor Who set that enters the battlefield tapped and can tap for blue or black mana. For three mana total you can animate it into a 3/2 blue and black Elemental creature that can’t be blocked until end of turn while it remains a land. Its creature form is subject to summoning sickness and does not trigger “when a creature enters” effects since the permanent was already on the battlefield.
