Creeping Tar Pit (WHO-1077 foil) is a Rare land from the Doctor Who expansion. It enters the battlefield tapped and can tap for either blue or black mana, and for three mana it becomes a 3/2 blue and black Elemental creature that can't be blocked until end of turn while remaining a land. Its creature form is subject to summoning sickness and doesn't trigger "when a creature enters" effects since the permanent was already on the battlefield.
