As Foretold (Who-805 foil) is a blue enchantment from the Doctor Who set that gains a time counter each upkeep. Once per turn you may pay {0} instead of a spell's mana cost if that spell's mana value is less than or equal to the number of time counters on the enchantment. In multiplayer or decks with multiple copies it can let you cast multiple spells for {0} when you control more than one copy.
