Once each turn you may pay {0} to cast a spell whose mana value is less than or equal to the number of time counters on As Foretold instead of paying that spell’s mana cost. Over multiple turns it enables progressively larger free spells, so it functions as a ramp-like engine or combo enabler in decks that can protect it.
