As Foretold (WHO-1060 foil) is an enchantment reprint in the Doctor Who set. It gains a time counter at the beginning of your upkeep and lets you pay {0} instead of a spell’s mana cost once per turn for spells with mana value up to the number of time counters. Its main role is to enable free casting of progressively larger spells over the course of the game, rewarding slow builds and control shells.
