It can pay {2}{U} and tap to copy a target activated or triggered ability you control, creating an additional instance on the stack, and has an Ultimate Sacrifice mode that lets you sacrifice it to counter an activated or triggered ability. It also grants the Doctor's companion rule allowing you to have two commanders if paired appropriately, making it relevant for multi-commander strategies.
