Phantasmal Fiend (DKM-8a) is a common Creature — Illusion from the Deckmasters set. It has two activated abilities: pay B to give it +1/-1 until end of turn and pay 1U to switch its power and toughness until end of turn, enabling unusual power/toughness interactions. Those abilities let it alter its combat profile and can turn previously nonlethal damage into lethal by changing its toughness after damage is marked.
