Pulse of the Dross (DST-50) is a black sorcery from Darksteel that costs {1}{B}{B}. It makes a target player reveal three cards from their hand, lets you choose one for them to discard, and then returns to its owner's hand if that player still has more cards than you. As a bounce-on-condition spell with hand disruption, it functions both as targeted discard and a potential repeatable resource if the return condition is met.
