Psychic Overload (DST-28 foil) is an uncommon Enchantment — Aura from the Darksteel expansion. When it enters, it taps the enchanted permanent and prevents it from untapping during its controller’s untap step. The enchanted permanent can be untapped by its controller by discarding two artifact cards, creating a tempo-lock effect that interacts with artifact-heavy decks.
