At the beginning of each upkeep you may exile a creature card from your graveyard to create a token copy of that card that is also a Spirit and is exiled at the next end step. The token copies printed characteristics of the card (including triggered ETB abilities) but won’t gain haste unless the original card has it and treats any X in the copied card’s mana cost as 0.
