Hinterland Hermit // Hinterland Scourge (DKA-94) is a common double-faced red creature from Dark Ascension that transforms between a Human Werewolf and a Werewolf. The front face transforms into the back at the beginning of upkeep if no spells were cast the previous turn, and the back face forces it to be blocked if able and transforms back if two or more spells were cast last turn. As a low-cost creature that can flip into a must-block attacker, it serves as both an early aggressor and a tempo piece in red decks.
