Vandalblast (VOC-152) is an uncommon red Sorcery reprinted in the Crimson Vow Commander set. It destroys a target artifact you don’t control or, if cast for its Overload cost, destroys each artifact your opponents control. The Overload option changes the spell from targeting to affecting multiple permanents, letting it bypass hexproof and similar protections when overloaded.
