Thundering Mightmare (VOC-75) is a Rare green Creature — Horse Spirit from the Crimson Vow Commander set. It has Soulbond and, when paired, grants both paired creatures an ability that puts a +1/+1 counter on them whenever an opponent casts a spell. In multiplayer or token-heavy decks it can grow continuously and support a +1/+1 counter synergy or become a significant deterrent to opponents casting multiple spells.
