Fell the Mighty (VOC-85) is a white sorcery from the Crimson Vow Commander set. As it resolves you choose a target creature and then destroy all creatures with power greater than that target's power, though the target itself is not destroyed by that effect. The spell uses the chosen creature's power at resolution and does not target the creatures it destroys, so effects like hexproof or protection from white do not protect high-power creatures from being destroyed.
