Watcher of the Spheres (M21-227 foil) is a Creature — Bird Wizard from Core Set 2021. It grants flying and reduces the generic cost of creature spells you cast that have flying by {1}, and it gives itself +1/+1 until end of turn whenever another creature you control with flying enters the battlefield. Its role is a tempo-support flyer that both accelerates subsequent flying creatures and grows in short skirmishes when you deploy additional flyers.
