Teferi's Tutelage (M21-296) is a blue Enchantment from Core Set 2021. When it enters the battlefield you draw then discard a card, and thereafter whenever you draw a card you cause a target opponent to put the top two cards of their library into their graveyard. The card supports a mill strategy by repeatedly punishing opponents whenever you draw, and also provides an immediate card-filtering effect on entry.
