Experimental Overload (M21-218) is an uncommon sorcery from Core Set 2021 that creates an X/X blue and red Weird token where X equals the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard. As it resolves you may return an instant or sorcery from your graveyard to your hand, and Experimental Overload is exiled as part of resolution. The token's power and toughness are fixed when it is created and do not change later, and the spell counts toward X only after it stops being on the stack per its ruling.
